We collect information you provide when you create an account, place orders, upload prescriptions, contact support, or otherwise use Zingo. This may include name, phone, email, delivery address, payment details handled by our processors, prescription images, and order history.
2. How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve pharmacy fulfilment (delivery and pickup).
- To verify prescriptions and communicate with you about orders.
- To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To send service notices (order updates, policy changes). Marketing is optional where required by law.
3. Sharing
We share only what is needed with payment processors, SMS/email providers, and internal pharmacy and delivery operations to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data security
We use industry-standard controls to protect personal and health-related data, including encryption in transit and access controls on prescription storage. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please use a strong device passcode.
5. Retention
We retain account and order records as required for pharmacy, tax, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed.
6. Your choices
You may update profile details in the app, request access or deletion where applicable under law, and contact us for privacy requests.
